HEY! I'M DEBORAH .....
Originating from the enchanting German region of Switzerland, I embarked on a life-changing move to Ticino, in the southern part of the country, three decades ago.
I've pursued educational avenues to enrich my career throughout my professional journey. I initially earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics while actively engaging in the workforce.
Later, driven by a passion for personal growth and empowerment, I delved deeper into academia and achieved a Master's in Counseling.
THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE:
Over the past thirty years, I have worked across diverse sectors, including trusts, real estate, insurance, banking, financial sector, and international companies. While my professional endeavors were rewarding, I realized the importance of aligning my career with my personal aspirations. I wasn't satisfied anymore.
Honestly, I no longer wanted to work with bosses rather than leaders. Promises of better compensation were made but never fulfilled. I had to put in my eight hours, even when I finished my tasks early and had gone above and beyond. The list could go on.. .
I began questioning whether I wanted to continue this path until retirement. The answer was clear: NO!
I desired a different life for myself and my two children. I wanted the freedom to be my own boss, enjoy flexibility, engage in meaningful activities, and work remotely while staying connected with others.
As a single mom, I no longer wanted to juggle family and work responsibilities.
It was time for a change.
MY JOURNEY AFTER DISCOVERING A JOB AD :
I stumbled upon a job ad on LinkedIn and was interviewed by a wonderful lady. Although I received a presentation, I was unsure if this opportunity was an MLM. Years ago, I had a negative experience with a similar setup and was determined not to repeat it. Naturally, I was very skeptical.
In addition, as a counselor, I needed to ensure the product's quality before getting involved. I believe in standing behind any product I endorse, especially if I were to start my own business. So, I took a different approach than most. I "tested" the product first and was pleasantly surprised by its exceptional quality. This convinced me that I wanted to be part of this business so others could benefit from it.
It didn't take long before I purchased all the products, and their quality was consistently outstanding. They were excellent and life-changing for me and many others.
Seeing the success and growth of each individual team member is one of the most rewarding aspects of my business.
